AVCREC Content Protection
As Content Protection Obligation of FLLA for AVCREC, following requirements (extract from FLLA) are defined. Please confirm duly CPO by the document of FLLA, for your precise understanding.
Note: The rules for AACS are provisionally accepted by the BDA. Licensor will inform Licensee of BDA’s final approval within Licensor’s ten working days after such approval.
1. The Selected Content Protection System in this Agreement is “Advanced Access Content System (“AACS”) Blu-ray Disc Recordable Book”.
2. Licensee shall implement and cause its Licensed Affiliate(s) and any applicable subcontracting third party(ies) to implement AACS in its AVCREC Products in accordance with the following CPO Table and AACS license.
